Good Faith Estimate
Your right to know what an evaluation will cost before it begins.
Your right to an estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges when you do not use insurance. We issue one when you schedule.
What it covers
The estimate lists the flat fee for your evaluation, which includes the intake, all testing sessions, scoring and interpretation, the written report, and a feedback meeting, plus any add-on services you choose.
If the bill is higher
If you are billed at least $400 more than your estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill.
